Proposed Legislation Would Affect Heritage Trees in Austin

Vincent Debrock of Heritage Tree Care recently discussed with Spectrum TV News the repercussions of legislation that has recently been proposed regarding the removal of heritage trees in the Austin area.

This legislation would remove restrictions that currently prevent homeowners from removing trees larger than 24″ in diameter, which are classified as “Heritage Trees” and are a vital part of the tree canopy that makes Austin such an appealing place to live.
