Open Positions
Arborist/Arborist Trainee:
- Demonstrate interest in trees or plants in general
- Willingness to learn the job from the ground up, literally: tree climbing may be needed
- Willingness to study and pass for the certified arborist test if not certified already
- Good communication skills: report writing, professional presentation is a must
- A college degree is preferred but not required
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable, with references
Duties:
- During the training phase, help the plant health care team and the surgery teams with their duties, from planting to removal and everything in between.
- Diagnosis
- Writing scopes of work
- Quality control
- Visit with clients including homeowners, developers, architects, landscape designers, and property managers
- Zoom or in-person sales or consultation depending on skillset and experience level
- Create tree surveys including risk assessment, health assessment, and reporting
- Tree protection and tree care plan writing
- Training with a high-level arborist team who have earned a great reputation

Expert Level Foreman Trainee:
- Minimum two-years experience
- Advanced knowledge of rigging, tree removal, crane work, etc.
- Highly competitive pay, based on experience
- Approximately 45 hours/week

Entry-Level Tree Climber:
- Minimum six-months experience
- Basic knowledge of rigging and pruning
